Placing an order can either be done through our web site, at info@mickeysdesigns or,
if you prefer to talk to us directly, we can be reached at
(514) 630-6732, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Payment of your Order
Because of the nature of our business, and the fact that each item we make is custom built, payment is required before
your order is started. Once your order is placed, and we have confirmed the details with you, we will advise you of the
amount payable. This amount will also include shipping charges. We offer the option of paying for the shipping charges
only once your order is confirmed ready to ship. At this point, we will also advise you of the approximate ship date. All items
ordered will ship NO LATER than 3 weeks from receipt of payment.

Methods of Payment Accepted
Presently, all payments may be made through PayPal, a secure way to pay using any major
Credit Card. PayPal is free to use for the Purchaser.

We also accept personal checks and Western Union transfers, and Canadian Money Orders
Shipping
Upon completion of your order, you will be notified. At this point, if you chose not to pay the
shipping charges along with your payment
for your feeding station, we will require the balance paid before we ship your item.
Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited, and Insurance is included in our quoted price to you.
Please note that you are responsible for paying all applicable duty and/or taxes
as per your country/state
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order that occurs more than 2 days after receipt of payment will result in a 50% refund,
and a 50% store credit, valid for 1 full year.

Mickeys Designs take pride in our superior workmanship and attention to detail.
Should the item you have purchased not meet your expectations,you can return said item within 15 days
at our cost(in original packaging) for a store credit, valid for 1 full year.
